Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to create comprehensive and individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively guiding clients through mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.
