Work Environment\n

This role will primarily operate in a remote setting, offering flexibility while maintaining a structured schedule for both you and your clients. Regular office hours are set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insights into the severity and nature of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment strategies tailored to their specific needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to aid in symptom management and recovery.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring effective interventions are in place.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and medical professionals to facilitate integrated care and improve overall client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment efforts in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
