Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychological and emotional well-being through virtual consultations.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate therapeutic plans tailored to individual client needs, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Engage with clients in regular therapy sessions, equipping them with tools and strategies to manage their challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records through electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care by referring clients as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills and the capacity to manage nuanced therapy sessions effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus to help you transition into our supportive environment.
