This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually. This position is primarily based in the home care setting, providing personalized rehabilitation services directly within patients' residences. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' physical function, pain levels, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic techniques and address each patient's unique challenges.
• Implement evidence-based interventions designed to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical performance.
• Utilize modalities such as ice, heat, ultrasound, or electrical stimulation, as appropriate to aid recovery and alleviate pain.
• Guide and mentor patients through therapeutic exercises while ensuring proper techniques to prevent injury and maximize effectiveness.
• Track and document progress through detailed patient records, regularly communicating updates to the healthcare team.
• Cultivate a motivational environment, offering support and encouragement that inspires patients to remain engaged in their rehabilitation journey.
• Serve as a resource for patients, addressing their questions and concerns while promoting adherence to treatment protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role will be on orthopedic patients, who may be recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This includes working with diverse age groups and activity levels, allowing for a broad spectrum of case management that enhances our therapists' experience and improvement methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• Demonstrated interest in orthopedic care, with a keen understanding of rehabilitation protocols and evidence-based practices.
• Strong assessment and critical treatment planning skills to successfully address varied patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with home care best practices, including conducting assessments in a non-clinical environment.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and patient tracking.
