Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and substance abuse history, using structured methodologies tailored for specific populations.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based interventions, to meet diverse client needs.

• Engage with clients' families, providing education and support that emphasizes their integral role in the treatment process and recovery journey.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team, ensuring a coordinated approach to care that integrates the insights and expertise of all team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are pre-screened, stable, and present with low acuity issues, which enables you to focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic support. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• Strong proficiency in virtual health technology, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
