This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work while operating out of our outpatient office. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting clients as they navigate their mental health journeys, specifically focusing on those dealing with eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Regular business hours are maintained from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their unique eating disorder symptoms and any co-occurring mental health conditions, enabling targeted interventions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments and actively work with clients to establish achievable recovery goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to each client’s needs.

• Facilitate engaging and empowering therapy sessions addressing clients' distorted beliefs surrounding body image, food, and self-worth, fostering a path towards recovery.

• Equip clients with essential coping mechanisms, emotional regulation skills, and strategies to combat disordered eating behaviors effectively.

• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to each client’s treatment, incorporating various professional insights and expertise.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance their understanding of eating disorders, promoting a nurturing recovery environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required for professional practice.
