Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, and families, identifying their unique strengths and challenges.

• Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans that incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities to help patients achieve their goals.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to discuss patient progress through documentation and routine meetings, such as patient rounds.

• Provide holistic case management for assigned patients, liaising with community organizations and hospital professionals to ensure seamless, well-rounded care.

• Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation as mandated by regulatory and organizational standards.

• Engage clients in culturally competent, ethical clinical practices, demonstrating empathy and respect for diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele seeking outpatient mental health support. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or social work is essential.

• Strong communication skills and experience working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

• Ability to create and manage a flexible schedule, with a willingness to work between 10 and 40 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n
