Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions through telemedicine, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' needs.

• Encourage clients and their family members to identify their emotions, developing practical skills and strategies for managing challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans targeting mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, and life transitions.

• Utilize state-of-the-art virtual platforms to document sessions, manage client records, and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular consultations with fellow team members to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, discussing case studies, treatment efficacy, and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work closely with a diverse clientele facing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Clients may be dealing with anxiety and depression, navigating grief and loss, seeking support during significant life transitions, managing pain and medication issues, or planning for end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
