Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, risks, and goals, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide high-quality therapy sessions to individuals, groups, and families using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement holistic care plans, ensuring all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

• Respond to client crises with timely intervention and support, coordinating with emergency services if necessary.

• Participate in outreach programs aimed at increasing mental health awareness, providing education, and reducing stigma in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a broad and diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, among other mental health concerns. Your sensitivity to different cultural backgrounds will be essential, as our clients come from various socioeconomic and cultural contexts. The goal is to create tailored, culturally competent responses to meet diverse client needs, ensuring equitable access to mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current professional license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential to meet licensing requirements.

• Exceptional communication skills are crucial to building rapport and establishing therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of cultural diversity statements to effectively work with various client populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred but not required.

• Attractive annual salary of USD 115,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
