Work Environment\n

Our work setting is entirely remote, allowing therapists to conduct sessions via telehealth, making therapy accessible to our clients while offering flexibility to our staff. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with opportunities for occasional evening and weekend hours based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorders, identifying the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.

• Work collaboratively with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to foster recovery and resilience.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment pathways, and self-help strategies to empower them.
\n
• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
\n
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated treatment.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
\n
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills.

• Act as an advocate for clients, promoting awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Our patients vary in age, background, and life experiences, requiring a culturally sensitive approach to treatment. You will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on their lives, guiding them towards improved mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Proven ability to deliver evidence-based treatments conducive to managing mood disorders.
\n
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology and its integration into therapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders.

• A track record of successful outcomes in mental health therapy, particularly in outpatient settings.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and technologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
