This role leverages a telehealth model, allowing you to work remotely while serving clients from the comfort of your home. We respect work-life balance, hence our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This flexible arrangement not only enhances your quality of life but also enables you to focus on delivering high-quality care to those in need.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that are pivotal to the therapeutic process:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately gauge the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to tailor individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences, ensuring a holistic approach to therapy.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) along with other modalities as appropriate.

• Provide education and guidance to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress and utilize feedback by making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Establish collaborative relationships with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to cultivate a seamless and integrated treatment experience for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to continuously enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records pertaining to client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives to refine clinical skills and keep up with best practices.

• Advocate passionately for clients, promoting awareness and reducing stigma related to mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving adults who are grappling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Your efforts will empower clients to navigate their challenges and improve their overall mental health, which is vital for their quality of life and daily functioning. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in California as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or a licensed psychologist.
\n
• Demonstrated competence in evidence-based treatment modalities, especially CBT and DBT.
\n
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals.
\n
• A solid history of successful treatment interventions tailored to individuals with mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills that allow for the establishment of rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have:
