Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, gathering critical information to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote mental health and well-being.

• Complete necessary documentation accurately, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within specified time frames.

• Design and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans, aiding clients in maintaining a stable and functional life.
\n
• Create personalized discharge plans to support a seamless transition for patients completing therapy.
\n
• Adhere to all current federal and state mental health laws, maintaining compliance with NEHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe practice environment.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training and educational opportunities, thus enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge.
\n
• Participate in team case consultations and agency meetings to collaboratively discuss client cases and improve treatment outcomes.
\n
• Ensure all licensure requirements and mandatory training are current, sustaining professional competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Forte Well-Being supports a diverse array of clients struggling with various mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and trauma recovery. You will work with adults, children, and families, providing therapeutic interventions that respect their cultural backgrounds and personal experiences. Your empathetic approach will help clients feel understood and supported as they navigate their unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the State of Oregon (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy and familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health will be advantageous. Additionally, experience working with a diverse student population and knowledge of culturally sensitive practices will be beneficial to enhance our clients' care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
