Work Environment

Our outpatient office is a dynamic and collaborative setting where a team of health professionals works hand-in-hand to provide holistic care. Operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, our therapists interact regularly with a diverse patient population, contributing to an inclusive atmosphere that embraces patients from various backgrounds. We utilize an advanced electronic record system to streamline documentation and enhance patient care coordination. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Mobility Marvels Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of physical therapy needs for clients of all ages, tailoring assessments to suit individual requirements.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's evaluation, clearly outlining therapeutic goals and objectives.
• Regularly reassess patient progress towards their rehabilitation goals and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure successful outcomes.
• Document all treatment data thoroughly and in a timely manner using electronic health records, including SOAP notes and progress summaries.
• Educate clients and their families about the recovery process, enabling them to make informed decisions and understand the challenges ahead.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to the overall performance objectives of the practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other health professionals within the center to provide integrated care for patients who require multiple services.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current, unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• Willingness to perform physical evaluations and treatment both in-person and via telehealth services, as clinically appropriate.

Preferred Experience
