Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs.

• Implement a diverse array of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to foster resilience and empowerment among clients.

• Maintain detailed, confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory standards to uphold the integrity and professionalism of our practice.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team—interacting with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver holistic care that addresses the multifaceted nature of mental health issues.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing your insights and experiences to enhance the overall quality of client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
