Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, observing and documenting severity, frequency, and duration of these symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique needs and treatment goals.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate clients' progress toward their mental health goals.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment.
\n
• Monitor client progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and maintain diligent documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated approach to client care, ensuring all aspects of health are addressed.

• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in the treatment of mood disorders, applying this knowledge to patient care and therapy techniques.

• Participate in case consultations and professional development activities to continuously enhance clinical skills and treatment effectiveness.

• Advocate for clients, working to reduce stigma around mental health issues and promote a greater understanding of mood disorders within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals battling mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorders, and anxiety. You will work closely with a varied clientele, understanding that each person's story and journey are unique, requiring you to adapt your approaches accordingly.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapy techniques, particularly CBT and DBT, with a commitment to ongoing learning.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• A proficient understanding of psychopharmacology and experience collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to optimize client outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience specializing in treating mood disorders is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in achieving positive outcomes for clients with mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to potential bonuses. We also offer a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
