Key Responsibilities\n

• Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting with mood disorders. This includes evaluating mental health histories, understanding presenting symptoms, and gathering psychosocial data to inform treatment decisions.

• Diagnosis: Utilize the DSM-5 and other diagnostic tools to accurately diagnose mood disorders, ensuring clients receive appropriate interventions.

• Treatment Planning: Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each situation.

• Psychotherapy: Deliver a range of evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to effectively support clients.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the supervising psychiatrist to ensure clients receive comprehensive care, including necessary medication management and monitoring.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience, alongside potential bonuses.
