This full-time remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients through a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, unique strengths, and individualized needs.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans based on assessment insights and client-specific objectives, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing proven modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' therapy progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with an integrated team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care doctors, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Advocate for clients' rights and their access to necessary mental health resources and community support.
\n
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards set by state licensing boards and professional organizations, ensuring that our clients feel secure and respected.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, which may include anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other related challenges. The diverse client population may range from adolescents to adults, allowing you to apply your skills across various age groups and cultural backgrounds. Your work will directly impact clients' lives by aiding them in achieving mental wellness and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Must have at least two years of post-licensure experience, with a focus on mood disorders, highly preferred.

• Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to work in collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive client outcomes in the treatment of mood disorders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
