Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to individual client needs, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive intakes, assessments, and evaluations to accurately identify client concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing effective communication and therapeutic techniques to foster engagement and progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality in clinical practices.

• Offer referrals and interventions as needed, establishing connections with additional resources to support clients in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of youth and families navigating various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with diverse clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 per year.
