Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and duration, to guide treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor clients’ progress throughout the duration of treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize their recovery journey.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and medical professionals to deliver an integrated and holistic approach to mental health care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and emerging trends in mood disorder treatments to continuously enhance therapeutic practices.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date and confidential records of client assessments, treatment plans, and session notes, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
