Work Environment

Our clinic offers an onsite rehabilitation environment conducive to collaboration and skill development. Team members work closely together, share insights, and cultivate a culture of excellence. The daily schedule operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing consistent hours to ensure work-life balance while meeting the needs of our patient population. You will manage a patient volume of approximately seven individuals per day, ensuring that each one receives the attention and care they need to thrive on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess individual needs and set clear, realistic goals for rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based techniques and the latest rehabilitation methodologies.
• Educate patients on exercises and strategies they can use outside of their scheduled sessions to promote sustained recovery and prevent future injury.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to provide holistic care to each patient, facilitating integrated support systems.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss cases and share best practices for patient care.
• Utilize our state-of-the-art therapy equipment and tools to deliver high-quality physical therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be primarily focused on outpatient clients, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse patient demographic ranges from adolescents to older adults, providing a valuable opportunity to expand your clinical skills across various age groups and physical challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• At least 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in patient care and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
