Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs, utilizing advanced assessment tools and direct access protocols.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs that address individual patient goals, utilizing a combination of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Must hold a current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) as issued by the Virginia Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and soft tissue mobilization.
