Work Environment

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at Great Blaze Physical Therapy, you will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Richmond. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a physical therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess functional abilities and determine their rehabilitation goals.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic methods, including manual therapy, targeted exercises, and advanced equipment use.
• Implementing treatment sessions, tracking patient progress, and documenting responses to therapy in accordance with organizational policies.
• Adjusting treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress, ensuring optimal outcomes and adherence to therapeutic goals.
• Providing education and training for patients and their families on home exercise programs and assistive devices, to facilitate independent mobility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Virginia.
