Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy services to clients, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual patient goals and clinical needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic serves a wide demographic, including athletes, active adults, and seniors recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions. You will engage with a variety of cases, from post-operative rehabilitation to sports injuries, allowing you to apply and expand your skills across multiple patient types.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is essential.
• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Virginia (VA), with no record of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficient in a range of manual therapy techniques and able to design effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
• Proven ability to utilize electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for detailed documentation and patient management.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development in physical therapy methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting is highly desirable, with a focus on orthopedic care.
• Ability to demonstrate a history of successful patient outcomes through innovative treatment plans and rehabilitation strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
