Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic care to assigned patients, using evidence-based practices and techniques to facilitate recovery.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, assessing musculoskeletal conditions and developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that include manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional training to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, therapeutic devices, and lifestyle changes to improve adherence to therapy goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic medical record (EMR) software to maintain accurate records.
• Manage a caseload effectively, prioritizing patients' needs and ensuring seamless transitions in care between sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including adults recovering from surgical procedures, individuals managing chronic pain conditions, and those rehabilitating from injuries. Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic settings, demonstrating proficiency in manual therapy and rehabilitation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
