This position is onsite, primarily delivering services within the comfort of our clients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Administer advanced orthopedic physical therapy interventions to alleviate pain, restore function, and prevent disability in clients.
• Conduct thorough evaluations using diagnostic tests to assess clients' functional abilities and develop customized treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring they implement care plans with precision and fidelity.
• Perform manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and ergonomic training in clients' home environments.
• Evaluate home settings to identify necessary adaptations for rehabilitation and suggest modifications to enhance client independence.
• Document clinical findings meticulously, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate actively in interdisciplinary team conferences to refine care plans and improve patient outcomes.
• Educate clients and families regarding rehabilitation techniques, expectations, and the use of physical therapy devices.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants, fostering their professional growth and delivering high-quality patient care.
• Maintain timely submission of clinical documentation and orders in line with clinic policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices in orthopedic rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this position is to provide specialized care to adults and seniors recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. By delivering tailored rehabilitation solutions in home settings, you will directly contribute to clients' journeys towards regaining independence and improving their functional outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Current, in-good-standing physical therapy licensure in Virginia.
• Valid CPR certification and current driver's license with automobile insurance are required.
• One (1) year of professional experience as a Physical Therapist, ideally in home care or orthopedic environments.
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and families effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a Flexible Spending Account and a Dependent Care Account. A 401K retirement plan is also available for all team members.
