Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and conditions to create personalized treatment plans in accordance with their specific goals.
• Utilize various therapy techniques and modalities, such as exercises, hands-on techniques, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, to address pain and improve mobility.
• Document treatment progress and responses meticulously, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and improving patient care through continuous assessment.
• Adapt and modify treatment plans based on patients' progress and feedback, emphasizing a patient-centric approach to therapy.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, including proper use of assistive devices, therapeutic exercises, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications
