Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients suffering from a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.

• Perform thorough psychological assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and evaluate progress to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in regular case consultations and clinical supervision to enhance treatment approaches and ensure best practices.

• Document client progress and treatment provided in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies using our efficient electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of New York as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly for mood disorders, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
