Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly remote, allowing you to connect with clients in a flexible and supportive telehealth setting. Our practice operates from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, offering you the chance to craft a work schedule that balances professional commitments with your personal life. We utilize advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, ensuring that our clinicians can dedicate more time to patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify patients' specific trauma histories and craft tailored treatment strategies.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to promote healing and recovery.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing their trauma, building effective coping mechanisms, and promoting emotional health.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and coping strategies, enhancing their overall understanding of the therapeutic process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring comprehensive tracking of patient progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
