Work Environment

This role is based in Cherry Hill, NJ, and requires working directly with patients in their homes, providing a unique and comfortable environment for therapy sessions. You will enjoy a dynamic work culture that emphasizes teamwork and flexibility, with hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, identifying goals and tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, utilizing advanced manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress with meticulous record-keeping to inform ongoing treatment strategies and evaluations.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, exercise regimens, and preventative care to promote optimal recovery and health maintenance.
• Employ innovative therapeutic techniques to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, ultimately reducing the need for medications and invasive surgical procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse population of patients seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic injuries. This includes post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and age-related mobility challenges. Your empathetic approach will not only improve physical function but also contribute to their emotional well-being as you guide them on their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy with a Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
• Current and active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 2 years of experience in orthopedic settings, showcasing a strong ability to address complex patient needs.
• An unblemished professional record, free from disciplinary actions.
• Expertise in manual therapy and individualized exercise programming.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems for efficient patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience, plus potential bonuses.
