Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate effectively with fellow mental health professionals to advance the mission of Health Restoration Counseling Services, ensuring community needs are met through comprehensive mental health support.

• Utilize innovative and creative approaches in individualized interventions aimed at helping clients meet and surpass their therapy goals.

• Prepare, document, and submit all session-related paperwork according to established company guidelines, ensuring thorough and effective client documentation.

• Coordinate services with case managers, healthcare professionals, families, and other relevant personnel to facilitate holistic client care.

• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings, sharing insights and updates on client progress while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans by assessing individual client needs, developmental stages, and family dynamics.

• Evaluate clients' mental health diagnoses, formulate treatment plans, and maintain consistent documentation to provide thorough updates and reviews in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is required.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information simply and effectively.

• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services promptly and accurately.

• Demonstrable understanding and maintenance of appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
\n
• Familiarity and comfort in working with a diverse client base while promoting equity and inclusion.

• Proficient in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.

• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a counseling role, specifically within outpatient settings, is highly desirable.

• Experience developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.
