This role offers a remote work setting, allowing flexibility in scheduling while primarily supporting clients in a hospice care context. While you will conduct assessments and therapy sessions from home, occasional in-person interactions at patient locations may be required for specific evaluations or crisis interventions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand patients' mental health challenges, emotional strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy using various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and hospice staff—to create and monitor comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, perform risk assessments, and develop proactive safety planning as needed.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments and therapy sessions in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care and compliance.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, encouraging shared experiences and mutual support among participants.

• Advocate for patients by coordinating resources and support services, ensuring a holistic treatment approach.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, we are pleased to provide a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
