Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, taking into consideration their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Custom-design and implement effective treatment plans that encompass various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and attachment-based therapies.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment goals as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services that accommodate clients' schedules and accessibility requirements, ensuring continuous support even in challenging circumstances.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all sessions, adhering to ethical guidelines and privacy regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse spectrum of clients suffering from various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and previous experience. In addition, our organization provides:
