Work Environment\n

This remote position is structured to provide flexibility while maintaining a structured work environment. Working hours will generally fall between Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate our diverse patient needs. You will be provided with the necessary technology and resources to conduct assessments, sessions, and collaborate effectively within our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the needs and individual circumstances of patients, leading to personalized treatment plans that effectively address their challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other best practices.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a community atmosphere and addressing shared mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care plans and ensure a seamless treatment experience for all patients.

• Offer timely crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for those in crisis.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources that may aid their recovery.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records that adhere to all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Actively participate in weekly case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and formulate effective treatment plans that yield positive results.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering strong therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated sound judgment, maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards in practice.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with experience in outpatient settings, particularly those who have worked with clients dealing with substance abuse or complex mental health issues, are preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
