Work Environment

This position is fundamentally remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our team. You will connect with clients through telehealth platforms as well as engage in collaborative case management with other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services, both remotely and in the community, to clients suffering from serious mental health challenges.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients, ensuring a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments to determine client needs, and develop appropriate integrated care plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that address clients’ unique presenting problems.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure continued engagement and improvement.
• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support in emergencies as required.
• Participate actively in collaborative discussions with clients, families, and other healthcare providers to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Maintain compliance with professional ethical standards and organizational protocols, including timely completion of documentation and data submission.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities to improve clinical skills and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is primarily on adults experiencing significant mental health challenges, such as major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, and severe emotional disturbances. Many clients come from diverse backgrounds and face unique cultural and socioeconomic barriers. Qualifications

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Oregon.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities to manage caseload responsibilities efficiently.
• Adeptness at working with diverse populations, respecting various traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
