Our work environment is uniquely designed for remote collaboration, allowing therapists to provide care from the comfort of their own homes while fully engaging with our digital tools and community resources. We operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate customized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide tailored therapeutic interventions to clients.

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups, fostering a sense of community and connection among participants dealing with common mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Offer timely crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients receive immediate support.

• Educate clients about various mental health disorders and their treatment options, equipping them with the necessary tools and community resources for recovery.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, from acute crises to chronic conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will need to demonstrate cultural competence while providing empathetic and personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Texas.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Proficient in delivering both individual and group therapy to varied populations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong adherence to professional ethics and an understanding of confidentiality in therapy.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred, as well as proficiency in innovative telehealth technologies.
