This full-time, onsite position allows for meaningful engagement in patient care at our specialized rehabilitation facility. The regular work schedule features 40-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, promoting a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement comprehensive treatment programs for patients as referred by physicians, adapting approaches based on individual progress and needs.
• Conduct assessments and apply a variety of therapeutic methods for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction while contributing to the overall effectiveness of the practice.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes using evidence-based methodologies.
• Provide therapeutic care at the facility and, when necessary, in patients' homes, employing procedures aligned with each patient's unique plan of care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation plans, techniques, and exercises to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and support business objectives to help our clinic thrive and grow.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient demographic ranging from young children to seniors, addressing a wide array of physical rehabilitation needs. Our patients experience challenges related to injury recovery, disability, and chronic conditions, and it is your role to support them at every stage of their rehabilitation journey. The therapeutic strategies employed will reflect each patient's unique story, ensuring personalized care that fosters recovery and wellness.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA- or CAPTE-accredited program is required.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy, along with a valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health record systems to maintain accurate patient documentation.
• A commitment to building and nurturing relationships that empower patients to exceed their rehabilitation goals.

Preferred Experience

While new graduates are welcomed, preference will be given to candidates with experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient therapy, and those familiar with evidence-based rehabilitation protocols across various specialties. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, supplemented by a robust benefits package.
