Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries to establish optimal treatment plans.
• Implement individualized treatment strategies using various modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the application of specialized equipment aimed at pain relief and mobility enhancement.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises, assistive devices, and the recovery process to promote greater independence and well-being.
• Maintain professional growth by participating in workshops, seminars, and continuing education to stay abreast of the latest developments in physical therapy practice.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary health team to ensure holistic care and develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Actively track all patient treatment data and outcomes using our electronic health record system to ensure compliance and facilitate data-driven care improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population spans across all age groups, from children through to seniors, with a wide range of conditions including but not limited to post-operative recovery, sports injuries, stroke rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Must hold a valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in New Jersey.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and basic word processing is essential.
• A proactive, adaptable approach to patient care, demonstrating an ability to work independently while being part of a cohesive team.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience administering therapy in a home care or outpatient rehabilitation environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in using physical therapy modalities, therapeutic exercise techniques, and patient education strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, accompanied by a generous benefits package designed to support both personal and professional growth.
