Work Environment

This position is onsite and involves traveling to patients' residences throughout East Brunswick, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical limitations and capabilities, crafting personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs.
• Implement diverse therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, hands-on manual therapy, and use of specialized equipment, to alleviate pain and promote recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment responses, and overall effectiveness, adapting plans in response to ongoing evaluations.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on effective strategies for managing their conditions, using assistive devices when necessary.
• Continuously enhance your professional skills by participating in educational opportunities and engaging with current physical therapy literature.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care and share insights regarding patient management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will cover a diverse population ranging from children to the elderly, dealing with a variety of conditions, including recovery from injuries, surgeries, and chronic illnesses. By delivering high-quality home care, you will directly contribute to patients' independence and overall wellness.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Must hold a valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective patient interactions and documentation.
• Competence in using technology, including word processing and electronic health records.
• Adept at adapting to various settings and patient needs with a flexible approach.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Physical Therapist is desired, we encourage recent graduates with clinical training to apply, as mentorship will be provided.
• Experience in home care settings is a plus, enhancing your capacity to deliver patient-centered interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
