Work Environment

This position is exclusively onsite in the homes of patients, where you'll provide individualized physical therapy services. You will be a key member of our dedicated outpatient clinics team, committed to delivering a high standard of care to orthopedic patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including a review of patient history, specific assessments, and documentation of results to inform treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment recommendations to patients and their families, actively collaborating with them in the goal-setting process.
• Demonstrate expertise in implementing treatment protocols, adapting to each patient's progression and responding to the evolving health care landscape.
• Consult with interdisciplinary team members to identify any necessary adjustments to care plans, documenting changes in patient conditions as needed.
• Complete discharge planning and facilitate follow-up care, ensuring accurate and timely documentation that reflects the patient's progress and treatment journey.
• Exhibit excellent time management skills, achieving productivity benchmarks while maintaining a well-organized appointment schedule.
• Engage in marketing initiatives that promote community awareness of our services and enhance accessibility for patients.
• Contribute to the continuous development of departmental goals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance professional competency, and mentor students as a clinical instructor.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on orthopedic patients, many of whom require rehabilitation following surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain management. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional care, you will work closely with patients, their families, and other caregivers to develop tailored treatment strategies that empower individuals to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Must hold a current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is essential.
• CPR certification must be current and valid.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in orthopedic physical therapy and a strong background in outpatient or home care settings will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation protocols is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
