Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to design and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to promote the recovery of patients across diverse specialties.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care to patients within the outpatient office, enhancing their functionality and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet established goals.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation exercises, health management, and injury prevention strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will treat a diverse group of patients including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with competency in using word processing and electronic medical record systems.
• A commitment to establishing meaningful patient relationships aimed at exceeding functional goals.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Competency in treating a variety of conditions including post-operative rehabilitation and chronic illness management.
