Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be with children and adolescents aged between 5 and 18 years old, including their families. You will address a diverse array of mental health challenges, leveraging your skills to improve their emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, demonstrating your capability in the field.

• Strong expertise in child and adolescent mental health disorders, along with knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Skills in delivering both individual and family therapy, particularly for younger populations.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications for documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
