Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, focusing on the individual needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention, supporting clients in distress to ensure their safety and immediate well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while utilizing electronic medical records effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide essential services to a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California is necessary for this position.

Preferred Experience\n

• Three or more years of experience providing counseling services to individuals dealing with emotional challenges, with a strong preference for those who have worked with adults, children, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $78,000 to $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend and free access to our services as clients, promoting wellness and self-care.
