Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring a safe space where clients can express their thoughts and feelings freely.

• Facilitate couple and family counseling sessions, helping groups to develop effective communication strategies and resolve conflicts.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s mental health needs and life goals, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide consistent support and encouragement to clients facing emotional challenges, aiding them in achieving significant breakthroughs.

• Accurately document client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, dependent on experience and availability. In addition to competitive compensation, you will benefit from:
