Our hours of operation range from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you and your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Wellpower, your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client while conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Documenting and maintaining accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and referrals when necessary, enhancing our service delivery.

• Actively participating in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of the legal and ethical aspects of mental health care.
