Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Identifying and leveraging agency resources, services, and systems to enhance client outcomes.

• Participating in onboarding activities, including attending agency orientation, and familiarizing yourself with policies and procedures.

• Preparing thoroughly for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting relevant research to address specific client issues effectively.

• Engaging in group supervision and professional development opportunities, such as discussing case studies and reviewing video recordings of counseling sessions.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, both in written and electronic formats, complying with all regulatory standards.

• Coordinating with partner agencies to facilitate comprehensive client care and additional services.
\n
• Conducting client consultations, collaborating with other mental health professionals to develop cohesive strategies for client treatment.

• Conducting thorough assessments, writing detailed case notes, and contributing to the formulation of individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

• Supporting therapists with scoring, interpreting, and reporting psychometric assessments to monitor client progress effectively.

• Participating in staff and clinical meetings to discuss caseload management, treatment strategies, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges.
