This is a fully remote position that allows for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere. Our outpatient office operates primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential adjustments to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, ensuring the development of individualized treatment plans that align with their unique situations.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to effectively support diverse clients. For example, you might lead a CBT session focusing on coping strategies for anxiety management.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups where clients can learn about mental health issues and strategies, fostering a community of support and understanding.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that patient care is comprehensive and integrated.

• Provide crisis intervention support as needed, preparing yourself to handle urgent mental health situations that may arise within the patient demographic.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions and resources available within the community, empowering them with knowledge and support for their journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
