Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients experiencing functional limitations due to injury or illness and develop customized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Offer consultations to other healthcare providers regarding the patient's ongoing care and ensure effective communication among the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Maintain a high standard of patient interaction that upholds our customer service excellence and respects the diversity and cultural backgrounds of all patients.
• Implement treatment strategies, perform regular re-evaluations, and educate patients as well as their families about the therapeutic process.
• Document all treatments and discharge plans accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state license is mandatory for practice as a physical therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
