Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of assessments, care plans, progress notes, and communications, complying with industry standards.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Self Harmony Counseling, you will primarily work with elderly clients residing in hospice care. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
