Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, facilitating an understanding of their challenges and goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique situation, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting meaningful, achievable goals that resonate with clients’ aspirations for mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent, allowing you to practice in the state of Florida.

• Significant clinical experience in delivering therapy services, with a strong grasp of various therapeutic methods.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Prior remote counseling experience is a plus, with familiarity in utilizing virtual therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is competitive, set between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
