Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments while utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions, facilitating sessions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and develop coping strategies aimed at managing conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that each client's records reflect their treatment journey and progress.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care that considers multiple facets of a client's well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Georgia.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience applying solution-focused therapeutic interventions to create individualized treatment plans that yield positive results.
